Case study: Diversity in the public sector workforce
We provided advice to the NSW Public Service Commission on how behavioural insights could be used to increase public sector workforce diversity.
We undertook extensive research on the behavioural biases that can affect decision-making in the attraction, selection and promotion of employees and interventions to combat these unconscious biases.
